Exercise is equally beneficial to the mind as it is to the body. Many studies confirm that physical activity (without over doing it) affects one’s mental health in positive way.
Physical activity translates into intellectual calisthenics.
Exercise engenders several chemicals in the brain, including endorphins. The “feel good” brain chemical that eases depression according to researchers at the Mayo Clinic.
The Apple Watch and Activity app are great tools for encouraging, monitoring and documenting… workouts, heart rate, steps and it encourages you to get up when you’ve been sitting too long. And much more related to good health.
Activity doesn’t just happen, you have to make it happen… every day.
