What is the Burpee exercise good for?
With burpees, the focus is on a full-body calisthenics workout that aims to build strength and endurance in both your lower and upper body.
A standard burpee workout strengthens the muscles in your legs, hips, buttocks. abdomen, arms, chest and shoulders. It is a powerful whole body experience!
Along with stretching, running and pull-ups, burpees are a key component of my everyday workout.
